Free Listing-to-Week Post Planner
One listing is not one post — it’s a week of them. Tell it what you’ve got and where the listing stands, and you’ll get a beat for each day: what the post is, what to say, and which photos it wants. Nothing leaves your browser, nothing to sign up for, and the plan changes as you change the answers.
Lead with the hero shot and the three facts a buyer actually asks for. Keep every adjective pointed at the house, not at who should live there.
Photos: Your best exterior shot, shot straight on.
The thing you'd point at on a walkthrough. One frame, one sentence about why it's good.
Photos: A tight detail shot — hardware, light, materials, the view.
Best five to eight photos in walking order: kitchen, living, primary — in the order someone would actually walk them. The slides are the photos you picked — no filler slides to reach a number.

Buyers buy the street too. Post what's within a ten-minute walk and why it matters to someone considering this house.
Photos: A photo of the surroundings, or a map-style graphic.
Whatever showings asked twice this week — parking, the HOA, the roof, the flood map — answer it publicly. It reads as candor and saves you the phone call.
Photos: The photo that shows whatever you're explaining.
Weekend is when people plan. Ask for the showing, name the windows you have open, and make it easy to say yes.
Photos: Hero shot again, cropped differently so it doesn't read as a repeat.
A slower post — the light in the evening, the view from the porch, the reason someone will want to come home to this house. Sunday scrollers are the ones imagining themselves in it.
Photos: Your most atmospheric frame. Not the most informative one.
The plan follows the seven acts a listing goes through — coming soon, just listed, the open house, the room-by-room, the price change, under contract, sold. If you want the longer version, with the photo sorting, the per-platform captions, and the Fair Housing pass, the full guide walks through it.
This tool plans the week. GigaDrip builds the actual posts from the listing, and waits for your yes before anything goes out.
