Data Deletion

You can delete your GigaDrip account and all associated personal data at any time. Below are the ways to do that.
Option 1: Delete from your account settings
- Sign in to your GigaDrip account at gigadrip.com.
- Open your account menu in the top-right and choose Manage account.
- Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Account self-deletion in the dashboard is being rolled out. Until it ships, please use Option 2 below — we'll honor every request manually.
Option 2: Email us
Send a deletion request to hello@gigadrip.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm the request, complete the deletion within 30 days, and email you when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and authentication record
- Your brand voice profile
- All draft, scheduled, and historical post records
- All uploaded and AI-generated assets
- Your stored Canva API key
- OAuth tokens for Instagram and X
Stripe billing records are retained for the period required by tax law. We do not retain your card details directly — those are handled by Stripe.
Disconnecting connected accounts
Deleting your GigaDrip account also revokes our access to any connected third-party accounts (Instagram, X, Canva). You can also revoke access directly from those platforms' own privacy settings without deleting your GigaDrip account.
