GETTING STARTED
Do I have to write the posts myself?
No — that's the whole idea. The agent learns your brand voice and drafts the post, caption, and hashtags for you. You review, tweak anything you want, and approve. That's the job.
Do I need to come up with the ideas too?
No. GigaDrip watches for things worth posting — a new listing, a milestone, a market angle, an evergreen tip — and recommends what to make next. You can always ask for something specific, but you never have to stare at a blank page.
Do I have to be in real estate?
No. Real estate is our most-developed showcase, but GigaDrip works for any business or creator. The setup quiz adapts to your industry — or you can skip it and just start. See who it's for.
POSTS & APPROVAL
Will anything post without my approval?
Never. Every post lands in your Review queue first — approve, tweak, or skip each one. Nothing publishes until you say yes; there's no auto-post-behind-your-back mode.
What if I don't like a post?
Regenerate it as many times as you like — it's unlimited on every plan. Rewrite the copy, swap the design, or change the angle, then approve the version you actually want.
Which platforms can it post to?
Instagram today. X, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, and Facebook are on the way.
PLANS & BILLING
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. During the trial you can publish up to 2 posts on 1 platform of your choice — drafting and previews stay unlimited. You add a card to start but aren't charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then from your account.
How much does it cost?
$29/mo for one channel, $49/mo for both channels with unlimited posts, and $99/mo for agencies running multiple brands. Annual billing saves about 17%. See pricing for the full breakdown.
How many posts do I get?
Starter includes 30 published posts a month, Pro includes 75, and Studio includes 300 across all your brands. Drafting and regenerating are never metered — the limit is only on what goes live.
What happens if I hit the Starter limit?
Drafting and scheduling keep working — we just won't publish past 30 that month. Upgrade to Pro any time for a higher limit.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes — both from the Stripe customer portal in your account. Upgrades and downgrades are pro-rated to the day, and monthly plans have no contract. If you'd rather save, annual billing runs about 17% cheaper.
CONNECTIONS & DATA
What do I need to connect?
Instagram to publish, plus Google Drive for your assets. Everything else is optional and bring-your-own: Canva, Gemini, HeyGen, and Higgsfield for designs, images, and video, and an MLS feed if you're in real estate. Your keys stay yours.
Why bring my own Canva account?
Two reasons: you own the designs that get made, and your billing stays on your terms. We design with your tokens — never with a pooled key.
What counts as a “brand voice”?
A trained profile of how a specific brand sounds — vocabulary, tone, length, cadence, phrases to avoid. Starter and Pro include one; Studio supports up to five.
Do you use AI to make the posts?
Yes — that's the point. An AI agent learns your voice and does the drafting, the design pass, and the scheduling. What makes it safe is that you stay in control: nothing publishes until you approve it.
Is my data safe?
Your social tokens and API keys are stored encrypted, and we never store your card number. Read our privacy policy.
