Why the Reports page has no numbers yet
If Reports is empty, nothing is broken on your side. Here is where the numbers come from and why there may not be any.
Numbers come from the platforms, not from us
GigaDrip cannot see how a post did. It has to ask the platform, and each platform decides whether to answer. So a number appears in Reports only when all of this is true:
- The post was published by GigaDrip. Anything you posted by hand, including through the Share button, is invisible to us.
- It went to a platform we can currently read numbers from.
- That platform has actually reported on it. Fresh posts often have nothing for the first few hours.
- The connection to that account is still working.
Today that means X
X is the only platform GigaDrip reads numbers from right now. The others need their own review and approval from the platform before they will answer questions about your posts, and until that happens Reports has nothing to show for them.
So if you publish to Instagram and Facebook, expect Reports to stay empty for now. Those posts are published and fine. We simply cannot ask how they did.
If X numbers stop
Reading numbers uses the same authorization as posting, and it expires. If your X connection lapses, collection stops quietly — posting usually fails first and more loudly.
Reconnect from Settings → Connections → Where you post. Reconnecting also picks up the posts that were waiting while the connection was down.
What the empty state means
"Nothing measured in this window" is about the window you are looking at, not your whole account. Widen the range, or clear the platform filter, before concluding there is nothing at all.
