Editing a post before you approve it

Everything waits in Review until you approve it. Click a post to open its board, where each platform gets its own card.

• Edit caption — rewrite the text for that platform. Save keeps the change to that platform only; Apply to all posts copies it to every platform.
• Edit image (or Edit video) — opens the editor. The Templates panel swaps the design; the Photos panel swaps the picture, using project photos, stock images, or your own upload.
• The Template and Tone pills at the top of a moment can be changed and re-run with Save & Regenerate. That rewrites both copy and artwork and uses extra AI credits.
• Don't want it at all? The trash icon removes a moment, and from Review you can select posts and hit Delete to send them to Trash.

Once a platform has published, its caption, image and time lock.
