The calendar: moving and rescheduling posts

The Calendar shows everything you have planned.

• Switch between Calendar and Timeline, and between week, 2w and month.
• Drag a post to another day to move it. Click a post without dragging to change its time.
• Purple posts are planned, not scheduled — they publish only after you approve them in Review.
• Posts that already went out are marked ● POSTED and can't be moved.

You can't schedule into the past, and your plan sets how far ahead you can schedule — the app says so if you reach that edge.

Want a different time per platform? That's set on the post, not the calendar: open the post and use the time pill on each platform's card. Apply this to all posts puts every platform on the same time instead.
